Terms of Service

1. Scope of Platform & Event Services

ALL EVENTS MART connects customers, event organizers, trusted vendors, service providers, and skilled workers across India for all types of events, ceremonies, and celebrations, including but not limited to:

• Marriage & Wedding Event Offices: Full event management, wedding planners, stage decoration, and reception arrangements.
• Function Halls & Convention Centers: AC/Non-AC halls, banquet spaces, marriage mantapams, and community venues.
• Catering & Food Services: Traditional South/North Indian cuisines, buffet setups, live counters, and customized event menus.
• Photo & Video Studios: Traditional photography, candid shoots, pre-wedding & post-wedding shoots, cinematic videography, and drone coverage.
• Beauty Parlors & Bridal Salons: Bridal makeup, hairstyling, mehendi artistry, and grooming services.
• Flower Bouquet & Floral Decoration Shops: Fresh flower garlands, mandap flower backdrops, car decoration, and venue entry decor.
• Pujari / Purohith Services: Vedic rituals, wedding ceremonies, housewarming (Griha Pravesham), Satyanarayan Vratham, and auspicious event rituals.
• Sannaie Malam & Traditional Music: Mangala Vadyam, Shehnai, Nadaswaram, live musical bands, and orchestra.
• Event Work Material & Equipment Shops: Shamiyana, sound & lighting, generator setups, tables, chairs, and event rental equipment.
• Special Events & Skilled Workers: Sound engineers, light technicians, helpers, decorators, and event workforce.

2. User Roles & Account Registration

Users may register under distinct roles: Customer (User), Vendor, or Skilled Worker.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details including your full name, verified mobile number, and active email address.
• Security of Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your authenticated account will be deemed your responsibility.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Vendor & Service Provider Obligations

Vendors registered on ALL EVENTS MART agree to:

• Maintain active licenses, trade registrations, and legal permits required for providing their specific event services.
• Publish authentic pricing, service descriptions, photographs, package details, and availability calendars.
• Honor all confirmed bookings and adhere to timely arrival and professional quality standards on the designated event dates.
• Refrain from engaging in misleading advertising, unauthorized price escalation post-booking, or substandard service delivery.
• Complete KYC verification when requested by the ALL EVENTS MART administration.

4. Bookings, Advance Payments & Wallets

To facilitate secure engagements between customers and vendors:

• Advance Booking Fee: Certain event services may require an upfront advance booking fee to lock the vendor's calendar for the specified event date and time slot.
• Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (such as Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards) or through verified internal platform wallets.
• Wallet & Coins: Referral rewards, promo coins, and vendor balances accrued within the platform wallet may only be redeemed or withdrawn according to platform policies and minimum balance thresholds.
• Balance Settlement: The remaining balance for an event service is payable directly between the customer and the vendor as agreed in the service contract terms.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the time-sensitive nature of reserving event dates, venues, equipment, and artists:

• Advance Fees: Advance booking fees are generally reserved to cover calendar hold and vendor mobilization. Specific cancellation timelines and refund percentages vary based on the vendor's policy and notice period provided prior to the event date.
• Vendor Default: In the rare event that a verified vendor fails to show up or cancels without justifiable force majeure, ALL EVENTS MART will assist in coordinating suitable alternative vendors or processing appropriate refunds in accordance with platform policies.
• Muhurtham / Date Rescheduling: Rescheduling of bookings to alternate dates or muhurthams is subject to mutual consent between the customer and vendor availability.

6. Muhurtham Calendar & Date Selection

ALL EVENTS MART provides a dedicated Muhurtham Calendar detailing auspicious dates for weddings, housewarmings, and special ceremonies as a reference guide. While we strive for traditional astrological accuracy, clients and families are encouraged to verify dates with their family purohits or personal astrologers.

7. Refer & Earn Program

Users, vendors, and workers can earn reward coins by sharing their unique referral codes. Referral bonuses are credited once the invited party successfully registers and verifies their account. Referral coins cannot be transferred between non-linked accounts and may be subject to review against fraudulent or spam registrations.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users and vendors must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.
• Post counterfeit portfolio photographs, false reviews, or unverified business credentials.
• Attempt to bypass security measures, scrape data, or disrupt server infrastructure.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any service personnel, worker, customer, or vendor.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

ALL EVENTS MART serves as a technology marketplace platform connecting clients with independent third-party vendors and skilled service professionals. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Independent vendors are solely responsible for the physical execution, safety, food hygiene, decor stability, and performance quality of their services during events.
• ALL EVENTS MART shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from force majeure events (natural calamities, severe weather, power grid failures, strikes, government restrictions).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of ALL EVENTS MART shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
